  Market Mall location was the worst customer service experience I have had in a very long time. One staff member gossiping at the till and one playing with a child on the floor didn't even acknowledge I had entered the store. After choosing some items to try I had to ask to use a dressing room even though other customers had entered and were being assisted. While changing two members rudely discussed in my hearing that " some lady is trying on some bras and she says no one helped her" when I had tried 3 bras and dressed to leave then 1 asked if I needed help. I replied "thanks, but I will go somewhere where they want my business." They then very rudely jeered as I went out the door. Humiliating! I will never set foot in the place again and will recommend to others that there are competitive stores with staff who want to provide quality customer service. I had a great experience downtown immediately after this one.
